Founder Haus Fund for Human Resilience

Supporting Phoenix Founders rebuilding the future of human resilience across life, space, and community.

The Founder Haus Fund for Human Resilience supports Phoenix Founders—seasoned builders who have built before, failed before, and risen again with deeper clarity about what truly matters. We believe the future belongs to founders who refuse burnout as the cost of success and instead design companies, communities, and technologies that sustain human life. This fund backs projects strengthening human resilience across three pillars—life, space, and community—supporting founders who rebuild not just businesses, but themselves, and in doing so redefine how the world is built.

Eligibility

This fund is designed for Phoenix Founders and aligned builders creating projects that enhance human resilience while rejecting extractive, burnout-driven models of work. We welcome early-stage, unconventional, and non-traditional projects—including startups, DAOs, collectives, artistic experiments, and research initiatives—that may not fit traditional venture capital frameworks.
To qualify for this fund, projects must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Phoenix Founder–Led: Led by a founder or small team who has built before and is intentionally rebuilding with healthier, more sustainable patterns—personally and professionally.
- Human Resilience Focus: The project must meaningfully contribute to at least one of the following pillars:
- Life — human health, longevity, education, wellbeing, or personal development
- Space — physical environments, climate-resilient habitats, spatial systems, or space exploration
- Community — new models of collaboration, governance, network states, or collective ownership
- Built From Experience: Projects should reflect lived insight—lessons earned through prior successes or failures—not purely theoretical ambition.
- Beyond Traditional VC: Open to non-incorporated entities, DAOs, experimental organizations, and creative collectives not designed for conventional venture funding.
- Active & Feasible: Demonstrates real momentum, experimentation, or early execution, even if still evolving.
- Values-Aligned: Founders must share the belief that healthier humans build better systems—and that the future should be techno-optimistic, human-first, and community-owned.
