The Mural Dreams Fund empowers artists who transform blank walls into cultural landmarks. We support muralists, street artists, illustrators, and youth creators who use public art to celebrate identity, beautify neighborhoods, and strengthen local pride. This Fund champions projects that bring people together through color, culture, and creative storytelling.

Eligibility

This Fund supports public-facing murals that strengthen community identity, celebrate culture, and positively transform shared spaces. Projects should involve collaborative or community-engaged elements that deepen local impact.
To qualify for this fund, projects must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Create an original, public-facing mural intended to uplift, beautify, or represent community culture.
- Artists must have documented permission from the property owner to use the wall.
- Include community engagement, such as youth participation, workshops, collaborative design, or neighborhood input.
- Provide photographs of the completed mural for public archive and impact tracking.
- Open to muralists, street artists, illustrators, and youth artists, especially emerging creators and those from underrepresented communities.
