Rising Voices of Cascadia Fund

Supporting on-the-rise musicians and creators from the Cascadia region to produce genre-bending albums, immersive concerts, and inclusive art experiences.

The Rising Voices of Cascadia Fund celebrates the creative vibrancy of the Pacific Northwest by uplifting underrepresented musicians and multidisciplinary artists from the Seattle and broader Cascadia bioregion. Hosted by a collective of staff, volunteers, and artists, this Fund champions projects that spark collaboration, bridge communities, and create space for all to connect through the beauty of live music and art.

Eligibility

This Fund supports creators producing music, concerts, and creative events rooted in the Cascadia region that reflect its diversity, energy, and spirit of collaboration. We welcome early-stage to seasoned creators, especially those from underserved backgrounds, with bold ideas and community-focused visions.
To qualify for this fund, projects must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be led by or meaningfully include BIPOC, women, youth, or other historically marginalized artists.
- Be based in or serve communities in the Cascadia bioregion, particularly around Seattle.
- Center live music, art experiences, or cultural events that engage the public.
- Involve diverse collaborators or community engagement efforts.
- Prioritize inclusion, empathy, and accessibility in both content and presentation.
