Eligibility

This Fund supports developers contributing open source code to blockchain public goods and decentralized ecosystems. We’re looking for projects that innovate within the open Web3 stack and enhance public digital infrastructure.
To qualify for this fund, projects must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must publish open source code under a permissive license (e.g., MIT, GPL, Apache).
- Must contribute to the blockchain or Web3 ecosystem as a public good.
- Should demonstrate meaningful progress (e.g., GitHub activity, community adoption, working prototype).
- Projects must be non-extractive in nature (no proprietary or closed-source monetization models).
