Si Her Fund for Womxn in Web3

A global collaborative of 50+ womxn-led Web3 communities & leaders driving the next wave of Web3 adoption.

Si Her DAO is a decentralizing collaborative of womxn-led communities and leaders. Our DAO is uniting 50 (and growing) womxn-led communities spanning the globe from Nigeria to Mexico to Hong Kong. With every continent represented, we are demonstrating decentralization through real-world application. As an active, interconnected web of global womxn leaders, we each bring our own unique talents and cultures to a shared vision of bringing womxn into leadership in the new economy. This fund is the kickoff to our DAO fund, which brings economic and human resources to global, Web3-focused, womxn-led projects and communities. Our intention with this kickoff fund is to support projects and communities in reaching their next phase of growth and further unite our individual and shared missions. We aim to break silos and weave an interconnected web of outstanding projects, communities, and professionals. This fund is led by Kara Howard, a womxn-in-emerging tech community leader of 13 years whose career spans from Wall Street finance to Silicon Valley tech to Web3. Eligibility

This fund is for womxn and non-binary creators leading regional or virtual Web3 communities, or founders using Web3 technologies to create more human-centric systems.
To qualify for this fund:
+ A woman or non-binary human leads your project
+ You're active in Web3, either leading a regional or virtual community or founding within one
+ Your project centers on regional or virtual education, onboarding, and growth initiatives tied to Web3, and/or utilizing Web3 to create more human-centric systems
+ You are a participant of our Si Her DeFi cohort
+ Your submission ties into the DAO's pillars: inclusivity, uplifting underrepresented groups, and growth
+ In your proposal, include how you’ll contribute content to our social learning network SI U, so the community can follow your content, your project, and you
+ Where possible, you've set intentional milestones for awareness, activation, and adoption...metrics help track real impact, not just intent
If your project is approved, Si Her DAO will support in amplifying your voice and highlight your project on our digital channels.
Artizen Funding Details:
How funding and payouts work (Season 7)
+ Everything your project earns during the season (artifact sales, match unlocked from this fund's pool, and any weekly fund drive prizes) is added to your project total as it happens
+ Payouts happen after Season 7 closes, around early January 2027: each creator receives one combined payout covering sales, match, and prizes; there are no mid-season payouts
+ After the season closes, you'll submit a secure payout claim at grow.artizen.fund, with identity verification and your choice of US dollars to a bank account or USDC to your Artizen wallet; payouts start going out a few weeks after the season closes and take no longer than 60 days
+ As part of the payout, you'll complete an Impact Report: a short interview plus photos or footage of your project, which becomes a public spotlight on your work.

How weekly Fund Drives work:
+ Every week Artizen runs a Fund Drive: a fresh, time-limited competition with a new leaderboard, so every week is a clean shot no matter how last week went
+ At the start of each drive, your project receives a pool of available match funding, drawn from the Artizen Endowment and every Fund that has curated you (including this one)
+ Match unlocks as your fans buy Artifacts, at that week's Match Multiple: at a 3x multiple, every $1 a fan spends unlocks $3 of match, for $4 total raised
+ Your rank is driven by money raised (sales plus match unlocked), the community casts Boost Points to support projects they love, and cash prizes are awarded by rank when the drive closes; prize money is added to your project's season total
