Revolutionise the way we look at music photography
music-performance
We own the night is a study of DJs in motion shattering the way we are looking at and represent music photography and specifically DJs. Using the computational possibilities of the high-key portrait mode of smartphones, DJs are isolated from their background and instrument, projecting them beyond the traditional imaginary of the electro night scene. Every chosen DJ set is specific, whether it’s archival footage or live, and has its own inner energy, genre and singularity.
This project will transform the way we see DJs and regenerate music photography, it will revitalize its genre

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
