The Redeemor

Project details match catalog

About

This is an animated adult comedy about a crustaceous looking monster who after an unexpected encounter with a hero, goes to prison and gets out to seek redemption from the world that has shunned him. This takes a humorous approach at hero worship, prison reform, and cancel culture from the lens that comes straight out of a comic book.

Impact

We don't look at the lives of the people we affect with a label. If someone has been to prison, we call them a convict instead of a person. Redeemor serves as a way to gently accept those we've cast aside so easily because of societal norms.

Funding

No displayed figures preserved for this project.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
