A filmmakers debut feature about being stuck with the family one has and the desire to be loved for exactly who you are.
film-storytellingThis feature will hopefully be shot in June 2023, and I'm looking to raise 85K to make it. It's a funny, heartbreaking story about a dysfunctional family. The hope is to make a beautiful film and get it into one of the most influential film festivals in the world (Sundance, Cannes, SXSW, Telluride, etc.).
It goes without saying that I hope audiences to see themselves and their own experience in the film, connect to it and be changed and affected. My cast and crew are almost entirely unknown creatives, the success of this film would change our lives.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
