A participatory experience about regenerating our world, positioned as a forest journey with mythological scope.
climate-ecologymusic-performance
I am making a performance experience that centers the audience's journey around the question of what it means to have 'an unclouded heart,' through collaborative story construction and a symbolic planting of saplings.
My project will provide an audience the space and opportunity to collectively re-imagine our relationship and responsibilities to each other and our environment(s), towards making transformations both as individuals and systemically.
I have: - Devised the structure of the piece - Begun rehearsals with a co-performer - Contacted potential organizations for collaboration regarding space and production - Created the basic designs for set elements - Made an accessibility plan
I am a woman of South Asian descent who is planting a forest. I specialize in devised, collaborative, and cross-cultural work. My performances arouse performers and audiences to re-frame issues of equity and justice through form and content.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
