Tunnel Blue is an installation that explores the depth of perception as we experience it in real time.
I’m making a large installation that allows the audience to experience the challenges of having tunnel vision.
At points in our life a particular problem or task can seem never ending. My project will show that the problems you face can be overcome with the right perspective. Staring down the tunnel can seem infinite until you’re inside and see it’s not.
I’ve made a pitch deck, I have two mini models, and I’m currently working on a 3rd. I have found 3 fabricators as well as an architect who works with artist.
I have been operating a clothing brand for 8 years. I am used to taking something from ideation to reality. In my personal life I previously worked for Louis Vuitton. Where I worked in tandem with the visuals team I learned about large installations.
