A WOMAN EXPLORES THE FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH EPEDEMIC IN AMERICA TO SHINE A LIGHT ON RESEARCH AND FUNDING DISPARTIES
womenhealth-wellnessfilm-storytellingI am making a documentary film about Uterine fibroids which affect 1 in 4 women, yet not much funding or research has gone into this cause.
Lives will be preserved and saved! Many woman do not get treated for fibroids until it’s too late. I want policies put in place to ensure women are tested early and treated for this illness. Hysterectomies should be last resort not first!
I suffered from this illness and have met with other women willing to share their stories.I have a team of visionaries who are passionate about this cause and will help me ensure that this documentary will reach the masses and spark necessary change!
I suffered from uterine fibroids unknowingly for years. I had major surgery on October 5, 2022 and decided that it is my mission to prevent young women and girls from experiencing what I experienced.I joined support groups and spoke to many women.
No displayed figures preserved for this project.
Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
