The Way Through

About

I am making a dramatic narrative feature film loosely based on my own healing journey out of PTSD through working with an underground psychedelic therapist.

Impact

We believe a dramatic narrative (scripted) film told through the lens of one mans psychedelic assisted healing journey in the care of an indigenous healer, has the power to answer the question, "Is there hope for those struggling with PTSD?"

Progress

A script we are very proud of is complete. Producer/Director team assembled. $60k of $850 budget has been raised. Highly connected and potentially large investors have already shown interest. This week we officially launch our fundraising campaign.

Team

I am a combat vet who has received profound healing through plant medicine and MDMA assisted therapy. I am also an award winning filmmaker with 15+ years in the industry.

Funding

No displayed figures preserved for this project.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
