About

3D animated theme park scenes with powerful structures that loom over the landscape and cute characters. The goal is to display the contrast between cute and eerie, soft and sharp, delicate and strong.

Impact

Traditionally, femininity has been associated with certain aesthetic qualities such as softness that are seen as "weak". We want to challenge the notion of those associations by showing the power of cuteness, sparkles, and “girly” colors.

Progress

We have been worldbuilding and developing our styles for years and it is now time to combine our forces. We have planned out our characters and settings, as well as hiring a sound designer.

Team

Together as collaborators, we believe we can bring a perfect mix of different aesthetics. With the contrast between Sarah’s cute sparkly objects, and Maria’s sharp metallic worlds we think we can spark conversations and discourse.

Funding

No displayed figures preserved for this project.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
