The Seven Gubbles

About

We're creating a multi-sensory fully immersive VR experience, an AR experience, and a video mixing aesthetic surrealism and challenging topics surrounding the environment, human behaviour, and personal growth.

Impact

We hope our project will bring light to how important it is to maintain balance in our ecological system during the climate change crisis, as well as tackle topics surrounding capitalism, asking the viewer to participate and share their experiences.

Progress

So far, we've completed the storyline, mapped out a clear and concise plan detailing how to complete each element of the project, created the 3D environment, sounds, and all characters, and have completed the AR experience.

Team

We (Balfua and Tabitha Swanson) are the right people to work on this project because we have been working on socially impactful works since 2016 and new media since 2015 with a proven track record of successful projects.

Funding

No displayed figures preserved for this project.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
