Championing disability inclusion in the arts and Web3
decentralizedarts-mediacommunity-economyeducation
I created ARTXV as the first organisation supporting the disabled community in Web3. We provide education, resources, partnership opportunities and support for disabled creatives to thrive in the space and have a platform for their art and stories.
Web3 has provided opportunities, exposure and community to one of the most underrepresented yet creative minority groups in the world, where the traditional art world has been totally inaccessible to them.
We became the 1st NFT and disability project to partner with Google Arts & Culture, were the cover art for NFT NYC's tickets and were featured across Times Square. Our features include Forbes and Dua Lipa and our artists have sold their art as NFTs.
My big sister is an autistic artist and I've seen firsthand how she was dismissed by the traditional art world, and uplifted by the Web3 community. I have been in Web3 for over 2 years and have a background in computer science and disability advocacy
No displayed figures preserved for this project.
Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
