About

Cathedral is deep-listening, meditative VR music experience in which glistening, visceral imagery reminiscent of entrails and organs surrounds the listener, creating the illusion that they are in an abstract bodily cathedral.

Impact

This is a prototype for a new way of deep listening to contemporary classical music’s complex harmonies and sound colors. VR film and contemporary classical music composition both stand to mutually benefit by joining forces and audiences.

We are in the initial stages of planning and are beginning to apply for funding.

Team

I have over ten years of training and experience working as a contemporary classical composer and have collaborated with top ensembles internationally.
