An app that taps you on the shoulder a few times a day and asks: what is your body doing right now? Over weeks you learn to read your own nervous system, and watch it change. Building your interoceptive awareness impacts everything.
Impact
urnout is diagnosed at the end, when the damage is done. Attune catches the signal at the start, in the body, in the moment. Built for anyone, and for the coaches and therapists who sit with people daily. Your data is never sold.
Progress
First prototype built. The check-in prompts are not guesswork: they come from years of clinical practice, tested in session before a line of code existed. The funding takes it from working prototype to an app anyone can download.
Team
Masters-level narrative therapist and somatic practitioner with a live clinical practice. Attune came out of real client work, not a whiteboard. Every prompt was tested in session before it was ever coded. My partner designs and builds it with me.
