About
The dm3 protocol is a web3 messaging protocol focussed on secure encryption, decentralization, privacy, and interoperability. Our aim is not to replace good solutions but to connect - enabling the users to self-sovereignly manage their communications
Impact
We are building a connected messaging ecosystem where people choose which messenger they want to use, but stay connected to everyone else no matter which messenger they use. And all this without any middleman.
Progress
We specified and developed the core protocol (which is live on mainnet). Our reference implementation is available at https://dm3.chat. Now we are starting the next phase to include dm3 into other protocols, services, and apps to enter the ecosystem.
Team
We are exited to shape the future of messaging, disrupting existing paradigms and we are experienced in developing web3 applications for real world applications.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
