A remote sensing platform for detecting long term habitat disturbance and land use change from satellite imagery.

I am building a platform that uses satellite images to show how nature changes over time. It can detect when land was damaged, how severe the disturbance was, and whether ecosystems recovered, helping people protect habitats and biodiversity.
The project will make environmental monitoring easier and more accessible for conservationists, researchers, and communities. It can help detect habitat loss, and improve conservation decisions in ecosystems threatened by agriculture, climate change.
I have already designed the scientific concept, identified the remote sensing methods, and planned the technical architecture using Google Earth Engine and temporal satellite analysis.
I am a biologist focused on bird conservation and habitat ecology, with experience studying land use change in Mexico. My research background gives me both the ecological knowledge and field perspective needed to build a practical conservation tool.
No displayed figures preserved for this project.
Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
