Escape to Chaos and the Definition of Love

Project details match catalog

About

I make a video that intertwines a documentary about a month long bicycle trip from Germany to Spain with a conclusion about a ten years long obsession with a woman.

Impact

I hope it will inspire some people not to make the same mistakes I made and instead love love love. The village I'm heading to in Spain was abandoned and is now an early stage project on a way to a vital community. It's name is Chaos.

Progress

I'm 33km away from my destination as I am writing this. I'm the past 25 days I recorded many video clips in which I speak about banal stuff that happens on my journey. I had thoughts of hate and love and put them down in text and voice recordings.

Team

Well, this is my life story, so I got to tell it.

Funding

No displayed figures preserved for this project.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
