YouTube series exploring the far-reaching implications of Privacy in the Digital Age.
educationfilm-storytelling
I am making a 20 video documentary series about Privacy in the Digital Age that will be freely available on YouTube.
Our project will create a helpful, encompassing, and motivating location where people can come to learn about the importance of privacy and human rights in the digital age, the consequences of mass surveillance, and the solutions being built.
We've launched our YouTube channel, released two documentary videos, garnered more than 268k views and 2.2k subscribers, and were awarded grants totaling more than $1.3m in <2 years. We have an amazing team.
I am a PhD scientist with a passion for human rights and explaining complex issues. My co-founders are experienced filmmakers who have produced and released both fiction and non-fiction award-winning short films on autism and climate change.
No displayed figures preserved for this project.
Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
