Decentralised recruitment referral protocol using Web3 tools and technology to solve a Web2 human coordination problem
decentralizedai-technologycommunity-economyopen-infrastructure
Front Door is a decentralised recruitment referral protocol using Web3 tools and technology to solve a Web2 human coordination problem with a huge size of prize. Front Door unlocks collaboration in the $420 billion recruitment ecosystem.
Improved collaboration would deepen the talent pools that hiring entities can access, enable recruitment firms to reduce wasted effort and increase client satisfaction, enable individuals and community leads to refer-to-earn from their networks.
The MVP is close to completion. In preparation for launch we have built a list of development partners to confirm interest in the product and provide initial user feedback.
Tom founded two international head hunting businesses (2 exits), starting Front Door as the 3rd recruitment venture. Set up systems as COO of a crypto marketing firm, a Lead contributor Bankless DAO and Crypto Collective, long time crypto degen.
No displayed figures preserved for this project.
Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
