About
We run big weekend ‘build days’ where students team up, get free food and mentors, and make cool tech projects from scratch—like apps, websites, and gadgets—even if they’ve never coded before. It’s like craft time, but with computers.

Progress
Since 2014, we’ve hosted one of the largest student hackathons in the Rocky Mountains, run workshops each year, and brought hundreds of students from many majors together to create real projects, win prizes, and launch their careers.
Team
I’ve organized HackCU events for a year, working closely with sponsors, mentors, and student teams. I understand what first-time hackers need to feel welcome and what experienced builders need to stay challenged—and I’ve shipped events that do both.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
