About

We’re building an app that helps renters become homeowners. It finds money for down payments, matches them with the right loan, and makes the steps super easy.

Impact

Homeownership builds stability, wealth, and belonging. By helping renters qualify and access $0 down options, we reduce barriers that keep families out, strengthen neighborhoods, and enable people to create generational wealth.

Progress

We’ve designed and built the first version of our AI-powered app, are currently securing partnerships with housing nonprofits and city housing agencies, and are preparing for our pilot launch at the end of September.

Team

My background is in structuring complex housing and finance projects, and I’ve seen how the system leaves people out. That experience gives me the financial acumen, technical know-how, and personal drive to see this solution through to scale.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
