About
We are building a School and Resource Network for the revitalization and rediscovery of Music Education here in our rural northern New Mexico community.
Impact
We believe that musical autonomy, both individual and collective, must be restored! To this end, we aim to train educators, lend instruments, design new paradigm curricula, and above all, to plug these resources into the gaps across our community.
Progress
We have received a Fellowship from our local arts foundation, curated workshops, conducted field research in our educational landscape, served on nonprofit boards, and taught in numerous charter and municipal schools and camps throughout our region.
Team
After a lifelong immersion in composition & performance, becoming a Music Educator was the awakening of my true vocation. To this calling, I bring a devotion: to mycelial/rhizomatic perspectives & to the reclamation of our cultural autonomy.
