About

Building an encyclopedia for web3 translation to onboard excluded and marginalized communities

Impact

Empowering marginalized individuals, bridge language barriers, enhance economic opportunities, preserve cultural identities, and facilitate knowledge transfer. Ultimately this leads to talent onboarding and more jobs created, impacting generations

Progress

We have a dedicated team of 5 members from Kenya and Tanzania translating terminology in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Regenerative finance and more with over 1000 contributions and counting. We also host awareness sessions bi weekly and a pilot with university

Team

I have been in the web3 and blockchain space for over 5 years and understand the jargon of onboarding marginalized communities. I have worked with regenerative and community structures on the ground and understand their painpoints especially in ReFi

Funding

No displayed figures preserved for this project.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
