About
Kanarii is a platform where intentional communities self-govern, coordinate tasks, make collective decisions, and manage transparent finances -> AIO. Inspired by Sociocracy 3.0 and Process Work, so groups focus on living together, not bureaucracy.
Impact
Most intentional communities collapse from lack of structure, not vision. Kanarii gives them the tools to go from weekend affinity to real shared living with clear agreements, transparent budgets, and collective decision-making that actually scales.
Progress
Functional MVP: roles, proposals, agreements, tasks, multi-community architecture. First pilot in the Canary Islands with weekend encounters as entry points. Now building transparent community treasury and participatory budgeting. Open code on GitHub
