About

LEVU is a simple system that helps you learn what's keeping you from starting your day and builds adaptive routines to get you moving. It's built for people with ADHD, but designed for anyone who can't stick to routines or struggles to start.

Impact

Millions of people with ADHD and executive function challenges get stuck between waking up and starting their day. Levu provides structure with flexibility, so more people start the day with agency instead of feeling behind.

Progress

We have an MVP app live on the web and an iOS build in App Store submission. This month we are testing Levu with real users at Edge Esmeralda to validate the design.

Team

I have a master's degree in clinical rehabilitation and mental health counseling from UNC. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I've spent the last decade building frameworks that provide motivation and cater to my need for novelty.
