Lost Files - Antarctic Expedition Pt. 1

Project details match catalog

About

I'm creating an innovative piece that marries technology with storytelling — an AI-driven fictional short-film focused on a tantalizing mystery from 1995, where an expedition to the heart of Antarctica resulted in a crew's unexplained disappearance.

Impact

It will show the power of storytelling, leveraging AI technology, and re-interpreting history in an alternative way. I want it to be an example that shows anyone can be a film director if done correctly without needing large budgets.

Progress

I have a full script written that can be used to have a longer short film. I have invested in many tools myself and built a workflow pipeline that let me work more effectively and quickly, reducing the cost and time in my production.

Team

I'm a mixed-media artist with experience in leading tech. I am a critical thinker wanting to show fiction has as a powerful transformative force if blended with technology and storytelling. I have +10 years delivering projects mixing tech + art.

Funding

No displayed figures preserved for this project.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
