A book that helps grown-ups face up to the messy, scary, exciting world we've created, and younger generations to make themselves at home in a time between worlds. Like a map for when everything feels broken but something new wants to be born.

Impact

It introduces the metacrisis literature and various philosophical lineages while giving people courage and clarity to face collapse without despair, so they can build wiser communities/responses and help heal our planet rather than freeze or flee.

Progress

First Portuguese draft is complete. Now refining it, but this second pass is demanding a lot of work, hands and hearts.

Team

Davi Lemos has translated The Listening Society (Hanzi Freinacht's seminal work on Metamodernism) before. Other members of the Collective have been deep in the metacrisis literature for many years.
