About

I'm making a music video on a virtual production (VP) LED stage, along with some of the latest technology for VP available in Los Angeles. Along with the music video, I'm producing an accompanying series of educational videos for social media.

Impact

I will be making public our process of incorporating generative AI into our workflow. We are using AI tools for various stages of the production including for ideation, prop/costume design, 3D asset creation, generative environments and NERF.

Progress

We are in pre-production and the team is build. We are Filming this month. I raised $70K from manufacturers like Kino Flo and Fujinon. I need help with finishing funds for post-production. Our estimate is that another $20K is required to complete.

Team

I have 25 years of filmmaking experience, am a former executive of a cinema lens manufacturer, have been speaking at tradeshows and film festivals for over 12 years, am known as a technologist, and lead a SMPTE committee for virtual production .

Funding

No displayed figures preserved for this project.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
