The initiative empowers young people in Internet governance by collecting their stories, ideas & experiences
youthopen-infrastructure
We will publish an updated version of Youth Atlas, a book about young people's participation in Internet governance. The new edition will be divided into two sections: one for newcomers and one for experienced young professionals.
The group wants to understand the legacy of the first cohorts of young people who are now young professionals, and what keeps attracting youngsters into Internet governance. In the new edition, it will provide them with information to keep engaging.
Until now, we did the following: a call for volunteers to make interviews with youth people from all over the world, record, transcripts, the first draft of the Atlas and design a final book along with a studio. Now we hope to print and share
The team behind the Youth Atlas has the cultural background, technical skills and expertise, as well as the knowledge and experience of Internet governance and digital policy, to effectively curate and analyze contributions to the Atlas.
No displayed figures preserved for this project.
Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
