About

The VR social housing neighborhood contains various art projects about learning to be good ancestors and helpful digital doulas around the birth of AI. A safe space for the grandchildren with a focus on new pedagogies that support desegregation.

Impact

I facilitate online and in-person gatherings with artist talks, participatory performances, and activations that address mental health issues, intentions of nourishing diverse neighborhoods in the era of our accelerated online presence.

Progress

One area is the VR Art Camp, a social VR art residency that received the Alternative Exposure grant (SF). Now, I can pay our artists: womxn and underserved artists, whose practice is not rooted in the digital realms to grow their online audiences.

Team

I'm a mother and first-generation immigrant in various cultures, who continuously has to grow roots and re/construct home. Nurturing my real-ationships is the base of the VR neighborhood.

Funding

No displayed figures preserved for this project.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
