About
A practical toolkit for running an Empty-Centred Organisation (ECO) - where purpose, not a person, holds the centre - paired with an AI agent that facilitates decisions, tracks contributions, and keeps the governance honest as the group grows.
Impact
Most groups either centralise power or dissolve into chaos. ECO gives communities, cooperatives, and regenerative projects a tested, replicable way to self-govern around shared purpose - making decentralised organising usable, not just ideological.
Progress
The ECO model is defined and proven in various contexts. I'm now extracting it into a toolkit, prototyping an AI facilitator, and offering talks and implementation workshops to lower the barriers, making it available to an even larger audience.
Team
I co-created the ECO model and tested it for 20+ years across 50,000+ professionals - as board member of Germany's first regenerative cooperative and an indigenous led Non-Profit in Mexico, and co-founder of Dragon Dreaming and Connected Business.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
