A VR video game that explores the stories of the oppressed throughout history.
arts-media
I'm developing a video game inspired on Borges' The Aleph, "a point in space that contains the entire universe, undiminished." The player journeys through infinite rooms, exploring the stories of the oppressed, throughout history.
To bring to the forefront how archaic paradigms of oppression are re-imagined into new ones. To explore the power of art and dissent as battlefields for change.
I'm working with FuturePerfect Studios and Video artist Victor Morales. We are developing a demo of the video game.
I grew up in violence and abuse. I have dedicated the last 25 years into the exploration of how my personal story mimics the horrors undergone by people through the ages.
No displayed figures preserved for this project.
Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
