I create transformative spaces: reconnection through breathwork, embodiment, nature, meditation & rituals. Helping people to feel more deeply, reconnect with the (inner) nature & grow authentic relationships, community & connection to the earth.
Impact
When people reconnect with themselves, they relate differently to others and the Earth. This creates a ripple effect: more authentic relationships, caring communities and conscious ways of living, growing connection and change across cultures.
Progress
What started as a personal path has grown into workshops, retreats, group journeys & education projects across the world- enriched by learning & exchange with indigenous in Brazil & Colombia. Next steps will be a nature-connected home & team for it!
