Every morning for 30 minutes. Instead of doomscrolling, we start the day by diving right into the complexity of our lives & invite any challenge to move us. We awaken & restore our ability to act.
What happens when more and more people "come alive" together, as Howard Thurman put it? A massive amount of life energy, stored in our suppression of uncomfortable emotions, is set free! That's why I want to grow this community of somatic explorers.
It started as a one-off morning challenge last fall. Since then we have met on 187 mornings, and dozens of aliveness activists keep coming back — vitalized, and empowered to pass on what they find. With funding, I can open this to far more people.
More than 20 years in theater as a performer and director, alongside 10 years of bodywork, have grown into my own approach to somatic work: it centers on the healing power of human expression and sparks real aliveness, in workshops and on stage.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
