Project details match catalog

About

This series is of Two Green Astronauts traveling through outer space galaxies in search of sentient life. The images are overlaid on NASA photography (used w permission). This is a NFT limited collection. Created by FrontierDAO Artists' Collective.

Impact

We are looking to inspire intergalactic space travel and make humans an interplanetary species. We are also looking to bring the beauty of space and NASA images into the world in an accessible way as NFTs.

Progress

The collection is ready and available on NiftyGateway. https://www.niftygateway.com/collections/two-green-astronauts

Team

I negotiated the use of these images with NASA. Our community agreed on doing this series of Two Green Astronauts as a whimsical way to inspire people for space travel and NFTs. This is a DAO project. Vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEKLhVOE-sY

Funding

No displayed figures preserved for this project.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
