Impact grants for research, education, and action to help with the societal impact of AI on human life and purpose.

AI is restructuring work, identity, privacy, and purpose faster than institutions can study it. This fund supports projects working on addressing the societal impact of AI across three arms: research, education, and community outreach. From biodata security and neurorights to job pivots and purpose-finding, it funds the people mapping what AI is doing to us while there is still time to steer. SEEK/FIND aims to facilitate people who are leaning into their curiosity. As AI completely disrupts the work landscape, society has to adjust, and people need to pivot from deriving meaning from their jobs to finding meaning within themselves. Finding purpose comes from following a thread of curiosity (and intuition) and seeing where it takes us. The antidote to fear is curiosity <3 **Recipients of the fund grant SEEK/FIND a non-exclusive license to publish, display, or showcase the funded work on the organization's digital platforms, with full accreditation and attribution provided to the authors.

Eligibility

To qualify for this fund, projects must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Projects must focus on purpose-finding and the societal impact of AI: how it is reshaping work, identity, privacy, purpose, tech innovation, and the philosophical understanding of how we interact with each other.
- Fit at least one of the fund's three arms: research, education, or community outreach.
- Have a defined time frame with concrete outputs.
- Research projects should have a university connection so white papers can be associated with an institution and carry institutional weight.
