BioSonic Fund backs the neurodivergent founders, wellness innovators, and musical artists proving it: creators weaving acoustic therapy, somatic design, and neuro-inclusive frameworks into how we work, heal, and perform. The fund is led by Karen Ovelar, a business strategist, musical artist, and wellness practitioner in Florianópolis who left a successful crypto career after burnout, found her way back through the handpan, and now designs bio-strategy frameworks that protect founders from the very fire she walked through, organizing sound healing, meditation, and body awakening gatherings for the entrepreneurs and neurodivergent minds of Brazil's fastest-growing startup coast.

Eligibility

We welcome neurodivergent startup founders, wellness innovators, musical artists, somatic practitioners, and designers of regenerative organizational models, from Florianópolis to anywhere in the world. Lived experience of neurodivergence or burnout is not required, but this fund exists to center the minds our work culture too often overloads.
To qualify for this fund:
- Your project must integrate a clear framework for neuro-inclusive design, acoustic therapy, or somatic bio-strategy aimed at reducing burnout and sensory overload
- It must demonstrate a sustainable approach to human performance, wellness that holds up in real working life, not just on retreat
- Show a commitment to building healthy, high-functioning creative and professional communities
