About
I am funding a training path to become a 5Rhythms dance facilitator. This movement-as-medicine practice journeys each body in and through the wave, (or the 5 Rhythms) of life; from Flowing to Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, into the healing of Stillness.
Impact
Human beings access the soul through song and dance. Through this deep embodiment training, I will bring this modality to workshops, retreats, and gather humans together to reawaken each (and the collective) body to its true nature through dance.
Progress
I have been dancing on the 5Rhythms path for 2 years, traveling nomadically and dancing 5Rhythms in 15 cities with 15 different facilitators and hundreds of other movers coming together to sweat our prayers and connect beyond language and labels.
Team
It is my life's passion to bring people together, celebrating the wild, exquisite nature of being human. As a former gymnast with a B.S. in Public Health, weaving dance and promoting connection IS regenerative community health in action.

The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
