Heal the Self. Shift the Capital.
In Season 6, we rooted our mission in the collective healing of Kaduna. But for Season 7, we are evolving. True, lasting change doesn’t start in a crowd; it starts within. You must be the change you want to see.
Based in the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja, the Creative Wellness Fund is dedicated to the belief that community healing begins with the self. We are here to support creative projects, artistic interventions, and wellness innovations that help individuals look inward, process trauma, manage anxiety, and cultivate inner peace.
We believe that a healthy society is simply a reflection of healthy, self-actualised individuals.
To be eligible for match funding in Season 7, your project must meet the following criteria:
- Projects must be based in or primarily serve wellness enthusiasts looking to deepen their knowledge and wellness practices
- Core design must focus on individual healing, personal introspection, self-care, or private mental/physical wellness. We prioritise initiatives where the individual is the active agent of their own healing journey (e.g., personalised wellness coaching, resources, journaling practices).
- Applicants must submit and showcase previous work, case studies, or documentation of past projects that demonstrate your ability to execute high-quality creative or wellness initiatives.
- Selected projects must actively participate in and support the overall fund ecosystem. This includes committing to:
- Supporting the fund with boost points to increase overall visibility.
- Actively participating in and promoting the fund during weekly community fund drives to collectively drive sales and maximise matching pools.
- You must have a clear vision of your artifact to mint on Artizen that represents your project’s mission and can engage your supporters.
