About
FLOCK is an evolving interactive artwork where people each influence one bird, creating a collective movement no individual controls. A 100-person prototype exists; funding will scale it to thousands of participants in major immersive spaces.
Impact
FLOCK turns public space into a shared experience where individual choices shape collective behaviour. It explores how technology cultivates empathy and perspective, reminding us that our actions matter within systems larger than ourselves.
Progress
FLOCK has evolved from concept into a working prototype. Live artwork, real-time participation and WhatsApp interaction are complete, with 18 people already shaping the 100-person flock. The next step is scaling to larger audiences.
Team
I have 20+ years in animation, VFX and interactive technology, creating moving-image experiences that evolve through participation. FLOCK combines my experience in storytelling, technology & building systems where audiences become part of the artwork

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
