About
Functionland's Fula platform leverages unused computer resources to provide a decentralized, cost-effective cloud storage solution with full user control and superior functionality.
Impact
Right now big tech cloud providers are the owners of our data, inhibiting innovation by locking users' data. App Developers also need to pay majority of their revenue to these cloud providers. We enable users to own their data at a reduced cost.
Progress
We raised $1.6M from investors like Protocol Labs and Techstars and Outlier Ventures. We sold ~1000 nodes in a one month pre-order campaign and shipped the orders globally. We also launched our testnet
Team
The team we put together is very strong from industry leaders. Our partners are the largest ones in web3 like Protocol Labs and Filecoin. We have 1000 individually-owned nodes, making us one of the most decentralized projects.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
