Dutch Gouda cheese with rose petals
Impact
We transform local agriculture in Isparta by combining academic cheese R&D with female empowerment. Our rose-infused Gouda unlocks new economic value for local cooperatives while proving how science and community-led crafts can thrive together.
Progress
We established a pilot partnership with ISUBÜ University for quality control and milk testing. I am leading the transfer of traditional Dutch cheese-making knowledge to local women and researchers, laying the groundwork for our rose-infused Gouda.
Team
Based in Isparta, famous for its roses, I am a Dutch practitioner with hands-on expertise in Gouda cheese-making. I bridge Dutch artisan traditions with local heritage, transferring valuable skills to local female co-ops and university partners.
