Doge Day 2024: Let's Set a Guinness World Record
DogeDoge DayKabosuOwnTheDoge youth
Project details match catalog
About
We're throwing a party for Doge Day, the birthday of Kabosu - Doge herself. Celebrating the legacy of the meme, and the ongoing mission of "Do Only Good Everyday"
Impact
OwnTheDoge is the largest crypto donor to Save The Children, and consistently does good for various charities for children and animals, including animal rescues in Japan like where Kabosu was saved from euthanasia.
Progress
We hosted the inaugural Doge Day in 2023, and unveiled a statue in her honor. We are expanding it, and already have the basics for the event booked, including a Guinness World Record attempt
Team
I'm the creator of the "Doge" meme in 2010 - yes, I posted it to Reddit then originally and named it "doge". I work with Own The Doge DAO to keep the legacy going

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
