About
I'm making a platform for artists to easily incorporate lots of sensors or outputs like Led strips via a mesh network. the idea is that they integrate to it using an API interface. the mesh can also run in remote areas and everything is local.
Impact
I want an affordable and easy to integrate way for artists to scale their interactive art that's independent of internet or cloud infra. I also want artists to own their data and work. the code is open source, but we can do installations if needed.
Progress
we have made a working simple poc with just a camera and a pi. we also made a poc of a mesh. I have now completed the first iteration of the dashboards, firmware and protocol. I now need the funding for the hardware and start prototyping the hardware
Team
I am a software engineer working in multiple languages for 6 years professionally and 9 years total. This specific project I have worked on in various forms for 7 of those years.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
