About
We dance, not to look good, but to feel what's happening inside us. With music, I offer movement cues & belief inquiries for people to explore their body mind connection. Feelings that were stuck start moving. We dance online & outside on the earth.
Impact
When people feel safe in their bodies, they treat themselves and others with more care. That makes calmer homes, kinder relationships, stronger communities. Moving barefoot outdoors rebuilds something lost: people who feel the land protect it.
Progress
I have hosted annual retreats and a series of online somatic dances, including one whose proceeds went to a charity the dancers chose. Next: a global online community of movers, and ecosomatic dances held outdoors, barefoot, on the land.
Team
I am a narrative therapist and somatic practitioner, so I work where story and body meet. We all carry inherited rules about how we may move and be seen. I help people hear the story behind the movement, then move as themselves.
