About
Checking Out is a short film written and directed by Monica Greig. It is a film within a film - made by the generosity of a crew that while filming a multimillion-dollar project came together on their day off to help a PA make her first film.
Impact
We hope this film shows that with enough help, belief determination anyone can make a film.
Progress
We have almost finished the film. To get it over the line we need funds to finish post production and to submit it to film festivals.
Team
I wrote and directed Checking Out shaping its voice, tone, and vision from the ground up. My personal connection to the story and close collaboration with the cast and crew ensured a distinctive, cohesive film only I could bring to life.

The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
