About
I will gather women who want to learn about sound. Expert friends will share their work experience, and then we will do a hands-on workshop to connect cables and speakers, choosing topics together in a fun way. Two days of great learning.
Impact
By opening space for women in audio, this project breaks the gender gap and visibility to all backstage arts (lighting, audiovisual). It also builds community by gathering key data to empower future generations of professional women.
Progress
With 6 years as an audio engineer, I have discussed this field’s stability with women. Our current progress lies in this empirical research based on their interests, which directly inspired the final design and launch of this project.
Team
I am the ideal person due to my 6-year versatility in radio, public, and private sectors. This growth in both technical and soft skills sparked my true vocation: transmitting knowledge and opening the path for future women in audio.
